One of the events that makes my scar on the arm literally put a scar on me.
When I was ten I would often go to my grandparents house. One day I got so bored I decided to make something.
Unfortunately for me that was a challenge in itself. I firstly had no idea what to make. But eventually I decided to make a mini wooden raft out of sticks.
I got everything I needed but my only problem was that the sticks for my rad weren't the same size. So I decided to fix the problem.
To do this I went into the shed to cut the sticks. What happened next is a bit that confuses me till this day.
To cut the sticks I decided to grab the hatchet. And there is the dumbest thing I could have ever done. I lined up the sticks and swung the hatchet.
My aim is what screwed me over. When I looked down the hatchet was sticking out of my thumb.
Looking at my thumb I stood there for a full 2 minutes. As any ten year old would do the first thing out of my mouth was a scream. Not my proudest moment.
I didn't have to go to hospital. It was bandaged up. But because of my stupidity I now have a scar 1 and a half centimeters long in my left thumb.
Talk about stupid.
